1. Who we are

Silent Security Vault sells security cameras, recorders and related equipment, and provides local installation and repair services in and around Mobile, Alabama. Contact us at support@silentsecurity.store or by phone at (251) 394-2784.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are calculated on our servers at checkout, including shipping and any applicable tax. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Stock is reserved when you place an order and deducted when payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

3. Shipping and local pickup

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Local pickup is available for qualifying ZIP codes near Mobile, Alabama. When you choose local pickup, your account unlocks a calendar of times when one of our agents is available. Choose a window, then message us from your account; an agent will reply to confirm the meeting point and time before you travel. Please bring your order number and photo ID. Meetings take place in public, well-lit locations. Orders not collected within 30 days may be restocked and refunded less any restocking fee.

4. Returns & exchanges

All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and, if approved, offer an exchange for the same item or an equivalent replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, opened items, or products that have been installed or used. Any approved exchange must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories. Points earned on an exchanged or defective order are adjusted accordingly.

5. Monitoring subscriptions

Monthly monitoring plans cover the benefits listed on the plan you choose, including on-site visits within the stated radius of Mobile, Alabama. Plans renew monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account or by contacting us. Service visits are scheduled subject to agent availability and weather.

6. Reward points, the wheel and the Gift Tree

Points are a promotional loyalty balance. They cannot be sold or transferred and may expire after 24 months of account inactivity. Points are spent on Gift Tree prizes, and affiliate earnings may be cashed out once your balance passes $35 (700 points), subject to review and verified payout details. Points are awarded for paid purchases, qualifying affiliate referrals, bonus word puzzles and the daily reward wheel. The wheel allows one free spin per 24 hours; outcomes are determined on our servers and the top prize is intentionally rare. Gift Tree redemptions are subject to availability and are reviewed by our team before fulfilment. We may adjust, withhold or reverse points obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, refunds, chargebacks or any other abuse.

7. Affiliate referrals

Any account holder may generate an affiliate link. You earn points when someone creates an account through your link, and a further reward once that person's paid orders pass the published threshold. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, paid search bidding on our brand name, spam and misleading claims about our products are prohibited and will void rewards. Rewards are paid in points, not cash.

8. Contractor storefronts and independent sellers

Approved contractors, 1099 representatives and affiliates may operate a personal sales page on this site. Those pages may show two different kinds of offers, and it is always labeled which is which.

Silent Security Vault products. Items from our own catalog are sold, fulfilled, warranted and supported by Silent Security Vault. We set the price, stock and shipping. A contractor who sells one of these items through their page earns 35% of the profit on that sale.

Independent seller offers. Products and services a contractor lists themselves are offered by that contractor, not by Silent Security Vault. The contractor keeps 85% and Silent Security Vault retains 15% as a platform fee, which is withheld automatically at settlement. The seller alone is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, for fulfillment, returns and support, and for holding every license, permit, insurance and certification required where they work. We screen listings for prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or licensed offerings and may refuse, pause or remove any listing at any time, but that screening is a safety check and not legal advice, an endorsement or a warranty. We are not a party to the transaction between a customer and an independent seller. Disputes are handled first between the customer and that seller; contact us at support@silentsecurity.store if you cannot resolve one.

Contractor status and taxes. Contractors are independent contractors, not employees. They control their own hours, methods and expenses, receive no wages or benefits, and are responsible for their own federal, state and local taxes. Payouts of $600 or more in a calendar year are reported on IRS Form 1099-NEC or 1099-K as applicable, and a current Form W-9 is required before payout.

Charitable share. Silent Security Vault donates 10% of company profit from these sales to the charities listed on our site. The donation comes out of our share, never out of a contractor's earnings or a customer's payment.

9. Acceptable use of equipment

You are responsible for using cameras and recording equipment lawfully, including laws about recording audio and video and about privacy in areas where people expect it. Do not use our products to harass, stalk or unlawfully surveil anyone.

10. Liability

Our products and services are provided without warranty beyond the manufacturer warranty and any warranty required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
