What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and optional profile photo.
• Order details: items, amounts, shipping address, pickup preference and order history.
• Support and messages you send us, including pickup notes and service requests.
• Rewards activity: points earned and spent, wheel spins and affiliate referrals.
• Basic site analytics: pages viewed, referring site and device type.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your card details directly.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, arrange local pickup, provide support and monitoring services, operate the points and affiliate programs, prevent fraud and abuse, meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you offers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need: Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider, shipping carriers, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

From Account settings you can update your details, download a copy of your data as a file, and delete your account. Some records, such as completed sales, are kept as long as the law requires for tax purposes. You can opt out of marketing at any time; transactional emails about your orders will still be sent.

Security

Data is stored encrypted, access is restricted by role, and staff actions on customer records are written to an audit log. Report a security concern to support@silentsecurity.store.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
