Build a safer neighborhood with us
Nearly every role here is remote and commission based. You get your own agent number the day you are activated — share it, and you earn on everything the people you bring in buy. The only on-site role is our security camera installation technician in Mobile, Alabama.
How the pay works
Pay here is commission based. Every person on the team gets a personal agent number (AGT-####) and a shareable sign-up link.
Everyone gets 15%
Any customer can become a referral agent. Share your number before someone signs up and you earn 15% on their eligible purchases.
Employees get 25%
Once you are hired and activated, your agent number is upgraded to 25% commission from day one — no ramp period.
Managers see their team
Supervisors and managers see their whole group's referrals and commission activity. You always see your own in your account.
Privacy first: you can see that someone you referred purchased and that you earned credit — you never see what they bought. All roles are 1099 independent contractor positions. Before activation you complete 1099 / W-9 paperwork and accept our confidentiality agreement, which strictly forbids sharing any company or customer information outside the company.
