How many cameras does a business need?
Most small businesses start with 4 to 8: each entrance, the register or cash area, the stockroom and the parking approach. We size the recorder to that count plus room to grow.
Can employees or managers have their own access?
Yes. Systems are set up with separate accounts so managers can view without holding admin control of the recorder.
How long is footage kept?
Storage is sized to the retention you need — commonly 14 to 30 days. Tell us your insurance or corporate requirement and we build to it.
Do you quote before you start?
Always. You get a written quote covering equipment, labor and anything we recommend, before any work begins.
